We at Living Proof Creative are excited to introduce you to your new client portal- CLIENT.LIVINGPROOFCREATIVE.COM.
Here you will not only be able to submit tickets, review project hours, oversee progress, and pay your invoices, but it is going to serve as the central hub for the LPC team to more efficiently execute and keep track of our client needs.
You currently host your site with us, so your profile will show your existing hosting balance that has accrued since your site was launched. You may decide, starting January 1st, 2017 if you'd prefer to pay your hosting annually or if you'd prefer to be billed monthly.
Over the next week, we will connect with each of you to ensure that you've successfully been able to access your account and answer any questions you may have.
Beginning in 2017, we will no longer be able to facilitate requests via email, text, Skype, or any other source outside the ticketing system.
